I have suffered violence, what can I do?

LGBTI+ people still remain exposed to violence and discriminatory acts as evidenced by SOS Homophobia reports. It is not always easy to be able to express yourself and find help.

You will find suggestions in this section if you feel the need to talk about what you have suffered, if you would like support and/or contacts with partner structures.

I would like to be able to discuss my experiences with others
